(EXM: SFER) hereby announces that, in accordance with the provisions of Article 125-quater, paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree No. 58 of February 24, 1998 ("TUF"), the summary statement of voting on the items on the agenda of the ordinary and extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting held today has been made available to the public on the Company's website at https://group.ferragamo.com, in the Governance/Shareholders' Meeting 2024/November 26 Section.
