PRESS RELEASE

APPOINTMENT NEW GROUP CFO

Florence, September 11, 2025 – Salvatore Ferragamo S.p.A. (EXM: SFER) (the "Company") announces that Mr. Pierre La Tour, CFO of the Company and Manager responsible for preparing the Company's financial reports and Sustainability Reporting, will leave his office to pursue new professional opportunities in another area of business and has submitted his resignation, effective as of September 26, 2025.

The Company thanks Mr. Pierre La Tour for his contribution and wishes him all the best for his professional future.

Based on the information made available to the Company, as of the date of this press release, Mr. Pierre La Tour does not hold any ordinary shares in the Company.

The Company also announces that the office of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be held on an interim basis, effective September 29, 2025, by Mr. Paolo La Morgia. This latter has also been appointed, as well on an interim basis and with effect from the same date - pursuant to Article 154 bis of Legislative Decree No. 58 of February 24, 1998, and Article 32 of the Bylaws – upon favorable opinion of the Board of Statutory Auditors, the office of Manager responsible for preparing the Company's financial reports and Sustainability Reporting, on the basis of his professional skills and experiences, including in the sustainability reporting.

Based on the information available, as of today he does not hold any shares in the Company.
