RESIGNATION OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER AND MANAGER RESPONSIBLE FOR PREPARING COMPANY'S FINANCIAL REPORTS

Florence, June, 30 2023 - Salvatore Ferragamo S.p.A. (EXM: SFER) announces that today Mr. Alessandro Corsi, Company's CFO and Manager responsible for preparing financial reports, resigned and will terminate his employment agreement with the Company on September 30, 2023 to take on a new professional challenge.
The Company expresses its deepest thanks to Mr. Alessandro Corsi for his professional contribution during these years of collaboration and wishes Mr. Alessandro Corsi all the best for his professional future.
The Company will communicate the name of the successor to the market in accordance with the terms provided for by applicable laws.
Based on the information made available to the Company, as of the date of this press release, Mr. Alessandro Corsi does not hold any ordinary shares of the Company.
It should also be noted that there are no allowances or other benefits beyond those provided by the applicable national collective agreement.
