Publication of the Notice of Call and Filing of Documents related to April 23, 2024 Annual Shareholders' Meeting

Florence, March 15, 2024 - Salvatore Ferragamo S.p.A. announces that:

• the Notice of the Call of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting convened in single call for April 23, 2024, at 9:00 a.m.;
• the proxy forms to the Appointed Representative pursuant to Article 135-novies and Article 135-undecies of the Legislative Decree No. 58 of February 24, 1998;
• the information on share capital;
• the Reports of the Board of Directors relating to the following items: 1. (Approval of the Financial Statements), 2. (Allocation of Profit), 3. (Report on Remuneration Policy and compensation paid), 4. (Appointment, number of members and term of office of the Board of Directors, related remuneration, as well as appointment of Chairman and Vice Chairman) and 5. (Modification in reduction of the remuneration of the auditing firm) on the agenda of the above-mentioned Shareholders' Meeting

were made available to the public on March 14, 2024, at the Company's registered office in Florence, Via Tornabuoni 2, at the eMarket STORAGE mechanism at https:// and on the Company's website at https://group.ferragamo.com in the Governance/Shareholders' Meeting 2024 Section. In addition, always on March 14, 2024, an excerpt of the above notice of call has been published in the daily newspaper Milano Finanza.

The remaining documentation will be made available to the public according to the law provisions.
