(EXM: SFER) hereby announces that, pursuant to applicable laws and regulations, the minutes of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on April 23, 2024, in a single call, by means of tele-communication and with the attendance of shareholders exclusively through the Designated Representative according to article 106, paragraph 7, of Decree-Law No. 18/2020 (converted by Law No. 27/2020), as most recently extended by Law No. 18/2024, is available to the public at the Company's registered office in Florence, Via Tornabuoni 2, on the Company's website at https://group.ferragamo.com in the Governance/Shareholders' Meeting 2024 section and at the eMarket STORAGE mechanism at .
