Deposit of the Annual Financial Report and further documentation relating to the Shareholders' Meeting called on 26 April 2023

Florence, April 3, 2023 – Salvatore Ferragamo S.p.A. announces that:

• the Annual Financial Report as of 31 December 2022 (including the Draft of Financial Statements and the Consolidated Financial Statements as of 31 December 2022, the Management Report including the consolidated statement containing non-financial information pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 254 of 30 December 2016 relating to the financial year 2022, the attestation pursuant to article 154-bis, paragraph 5, of Legislative Decree 58/1998, the Reports of the Auditing Firm and of the Board of Statutory Auditors);

• the Report on Corporate Governance and Ownership Structure for the year 2022 drawn up pursuant to article 123-bis of Legislative Decree 58/1998;

• the Report on Remuneration Policy for the year 2023 and Remuneration Paid in 2022 drawn up pursuant to article 123-ter of Legislative Decree 58/1998

were made available to the public today at the Company's registered office in Florence, Via Tornabuoni 2, at the eMarket STORAGE mechanism at and on the Company's website at https://group.ferragamo.com in the Governance/Shareholders' Meeting 2023 Section. In particular, it should be noted that the Annual Financial Report in ESEF format is available in the Investor Relations/Financial Documents 2022 Section and, on April 4, 2023, will also be published in the Governance/Shareholders' Meeting 2023 Section.

Moreover, on April 4, 2023 the notice of deposit will also be published in the newspaper Milano Finanza.
