Publication of the summary report of voting on the items on the agenda of the April 26, 2023 Shareholders' Meeting
Florence, April 26, 2023 - Salvatore Ferragamo S.p.A. (EXM: SFER) hereby announces that, in accordance with the provisions of Article 125-quater, paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree No. 58 of February 24, 1998 ("TUF"), the summary statement of voting on the items on the agenda of the Shareholders' Meeting held today has been made available to the public on the Company's website at https://group.ferragamo.com, in the Governance/Shareholders' Meeting 2023 Section.
