Publication of the Minutes of the Shareholders' Meeting held on April 26, 2023 and of the updated Articles of Association
Florence, May 11, 2023 - Salvatore Ferragamo S.p.A. (EXM: SFER) hereby announces that, pursuant to applicable laws and regulations, the minutes of the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on April 26, 2023, in a single call, by means of tele-communication according to article 106 of Decree-Law No. 18/2020 (converted by Law No. 27/2020), as most recently extended by Decree-Law No. 198/2022 (converted by Law No. 14/2023), and with the attendance of shareholders at the Shareholders' Meeting exclusively through the Designated Representative, is available to the public at the Company's registered office in Florence, Via Tornabuoni 2, on the Company's website at https://group.ferragamo.com in the Governance/Shareholders' Meeting 2023 section and at the eMarket STORAGE mechanism at .
It is also announced that the Articles of Association updated with the amendments approved by the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on last April 26 was filed with the Companies Register of Florence and made available to the public on the Company's website at https://group.ferragamo.com in the Governance/Corporate Governance/Bylaws section and at the eMarket STORAGE mechanism at .
