Filing of the Minutes of the Shareholders' Meeting

Florence, 23 December 2021 – Salvatore Ferragamo S.p.A. has announced that the minutes of the Shareholders' Meeting held on 14 December 2021, in ordinary session and in a single call, by video and tele-communication means, pursuant to article 106 of Decree-Law no. 18 of 17 March 2020 – as extended by Decree-Law no. 105 of 23 July 2021, ratified with amendments by Law no. 126 of 16 September 2021 – adopted as part of the measures for the containment of the "Covid-19" epidemic, and with the intervention of shareholders at the Shareholders' Meeting exclusively through the Designated Representative, is available to the public at the Company's registered office in Florence, Via Tornabuoni 2, on the Company's website at https://group.ferragamo.in the Governance/Shareholders' Meeting 2021 section and at the eMarket STORAGE mechanism at .
