Salmon Evolution ASA: New share capital registered

30 April 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published

by Salmon Evolution ASA (the "Company") on 29 April 2026 regarding a

successfully placed private placement (the "Private Placement") and a retail

offering (the "Retail Offering") as described therein. Reference is also made

to the resolution by the Board of Directors to issue 89 million new shares in

the Company in the Private Placement and 2.4 million new shares in the Company

in the Retail Offering, both at a subscription price of NOK 4.50 per share,

pursuant to an authorisation granted by the Company's general meeting on 5

June 2025.

The share capital increases pertaining to the Private Placement and the Retail

Offering have today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business

Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret) and the Norwegian Central Securities

Depository (Euronext Securities Oslo or the "VPS"). Following the

registration, the Company's new share capital is NOK 27,700,165.30, divided

into 554,003,306 ordinary shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.05.
