Salmon Evolution ASA: New share capital registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Salmon Evolution ASA

("Salmon Evolution" or the "Company") published on 10 February 2022 regarding

the issuance of 1,625,000 new shares in Salmon Evolution (the "Issue Shares") in

connection with exercised employee share options.

The share capital increase related to the Issue Shares has now been registered

with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The new share capital of

the Company is NOK 15,621,074.45, divided into 312,421,489 shares, each with a

nominal value of NOK 0.05.

About Salmon Evolution

Salmon Evolution is a Norwegian land-based salmon farming company focused on

extending the ocean's potential by transferring the best preconditions offered

by the sea to farm fish on land through its chosen hybrid flow-through system
