Salmon Evolution Holding ASA: New share capital registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements by Salmon Evolution

Holding ASA ("Salmon Evolution" or the "Company") published on 11 March 2021 and

19 March 2021 regarding, inter alia, a successfully completed private placement

of 83,333,333 new ordinary shares (the "New Shares") in the Company (the

"Private Placement") and the board's decision to issue the New Shares pursuant

to an authorization granted to the board by the extraordinary general meeting in

the Company held on 18 March 2021.

The share capital increase related to the Private Placement has now been

registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The new share

capital of the Company is NOK 15,153,221.05, divided into 303,064,421 shares,

each with a nominal value of NOK 0.05.
