Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Salmon Evolution Holding

ASA (the "Company") published on 19 May 2021, regarding the 2021 minutes from

the annual general meeting in the Company held on the same day whereby it was,

inter alia, resolved to change the Company's name to Salmon Evolution ASA.

The name change has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business

Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret), following which the Company's legal name

is Salmon Evolution ASA. The Company's ticker on Euronext Growth ("SALME") and
