Salmon Evolution ASA: Disclosure of Large Share Shareholding

Romsdalsfisk AS owns 21,089,339 shares, equal to 6.9% of the issued and

outstanding shares, in Salmon Evolution ASA. Today, Romsdalsfisk AS has decided

to complete a de-merger of Romsdalsfisk AS whereby all shares in Salmon

Evolution ASA held by Romsdalsfisk AS will be transferred to shareholders in

Romsdalsfisk AS.

Following such completion, Romsdalsfisk AS will own zero shares and rights to

shares in Salmon Evolution ASA.

About Salmon Evolution

Salmon Evolution is a Norwegian land-based salmon farming company focused on

extending the ocean's potential by transferring the best preconditions offered

by the sea to farm fish on land through its hybrid flow-through system

technology (HFS). This secures a truly sustainable production process with
