Salmon Evolution ASA - Mandatory notification of trade

Ålesund, 21 November 2022: Trond Håkon Schaug-Pettersen, CFO and interim CEO of

Salmon Evolution ASA (the "Company"), has today transferred 400,000 shares in

the Company at a price of NOK 8.35 per share to Troha Invest AS, a company

wholly owned by, and closely associated with, Trond Håkon Schaug-Pettersen.

Following the transaction, Troha Invest AS holds a total of 400,000 shares in

the Company and Trond Håkon Schaug-Pettersen holds no shares directly in the

Company. However, Trond Håkon Schaug-Pettersen indirectly holds 400,000 shares

in the Company through Troha Invest AS.
