Board member Glen Allan Bradley, a primary insider in Salmon Evolution ASA, has

on May 25[th] purchased 100,000 shares in the company at a price of NOK 6.0167

per share. After the transaction Glen Allan Bradley holds 70,000 shares

personally and 1,500,000 shares through his wholly owned company Ocean

Industries AS.

About Salmon Evolution:

Salmon Evolution is a Norwegian land-based salmon farming company focused on

extending the ocean's potential by transferring the best preconditions offered

by the sea to farm fish on land through its hybrid flow-through
