Salmon Evolution ASA: Mandatory Notification of Trade

Kristofer Reiten, a board member in Salmon Evolution ASA, has on November 23th

purchased 26,000 shares through his wholly owned company Bortebakken AS in

Salmon Evolution ASA at a price of NOK 8.275 per share. After the transaction

Kristofer Reiten holds 7,471,090 shares through his wholly owned company

Bortebakken AS.

About Salmon Evolution:

Salmon Evolution is a Norwegian land-based salmon farming company focused on
