The Annual General Meeting in Salmon Evolution Holding ASA will be held on May

19, 2021 at 10:00 (CEST).

As a result of the Covid-19 pandemic the Annual General Meeting will be held as

a digital meeting only. Consequently, it will not be possible to attend the

Annual General Meeting in person. It is possible to vote in advance or attend

the meeting by proxy. Please see further detailed information in the notice of

the Annual General Meeting.

Notice of the Annual General Meeting is enclosed and will together with the

other Annual General Meeting documents be made available on

About Salmon Evolution
