SalMar - Minutes from general meeting

The annual general meeting (AGM) of SalMar ASA was

held today, Tuesday 7 June 2016.

All items were resolved in accordance with the Board's

calling notice and the recommendations from the

nomination committee.

The AGM approved to distribute a dividend of NOK 10.00

per share. The shares in SalMar ASA will be quoted ex-

dividend from 8 June 2016.
