management company that manages the American Funds

family of mutual funds. CRMC manages equity assets

CRMC in turn is the parent company of Capital Group

International, Inc. ("CGII"), which in turn is the

parent company of five investment management companies

("CGII management companies"): Capital Guardian Trust

Company, Capital International, Inc., Capital

Capital International K.K. The CGII management

companies primarily serve as investment managers to

reported on this Notification are owned by accounts

On 17 January 2017, one of CGC's management company's

disposed 66,137 shares, resulting in a shareholding of

5,609,089 shares, amounting to 4.95%. Please see the

attached schedule A for transaction details.

rights figure of 113,299,999 shares was used to

calculate the percentage of holdings. We believe this
