SalMar - Ekstraordinær generalforsamling for bortfall av fristen for gjennomføring av fusjon mellom SalMar ASA og Norway Royal Salmon ASA avholdt i dag

En ekstraordinær generalforsamling i SalMar ASA («SalMar») ble avholdt i dag,

27. oktober 2022. Den ekstraordinære generalforsamlingen godkjente alle punktene

på agendaen, herunder bortfall av frist for fusjonen mellom SalMar og Norway

Royal Salmon ASA.

Protokoll fra den ekstraordinære generalforsamlingen er vedlagt denne meldingen

og gjort tilgjengelig på Selskapets nettside www.salmar.no
