An extraordinary general meeting of SalMar ASA ("SalMar") was held today on 27

October 2022. The extraordinary general meeting approved all items on the

agenda, including the removal of the deadline for the merger between SalMar and

Norway Royal Salmon ASA..

Minutes of the meeting is attached hereto and made available on the Company's

website www.salmar.no (http://www.salmar.no). The merger plan for the merger is

also available at the Company's website.
