Salcef Group: acquisition of Colmar Technik S.p.A. completed

Rome, 1 August 2023 – Following what already communicated on 26 June 2023, Salcef Group S.p.A. announces the closing of the acquisition of Colmar Technik S.p.A. ("Colmar").

The closing took place after the fulfillment of the conditions precedent included in the preliminary agreement as well as after the positive outcome of the due diligence process.

Within the Group, the contribution of Colmar will be consolidated in the Railway Machines Business Unit.
