SALAMIS TOURS (HOLDINGS) PUBLIC LTD

ANNOUNCEMENT

Salamis Tours (Holdings) Public Ltd announces that its wholly owned subsidiary Mana Shipping Co. Ltd, owner of the cruise ship Salamis Filoxenia, has signed a memorandum of agreement for the sale of the said ship. The agreement is expected to be completed around the beginning of December with the delivery of the ship to the buyers.

The accounting profit from the sale of the ship is estimated at €3,950,000. The Group's results for 2018 will therefore be significantly increased compared to 2017.

The company intends to consider the prospect of acquiring a new cruise ship.

The following is also noted:

• (a) The transaction was made at arm's length.
• (b) The transaction is neither associated with nor affects the interests of the company's Secretary or any designated person in accordance with the meaning attributed to this term in Article 137(3) of the Law.
• (c) The counterparty is a company registered abroad.
