Mr. Amit Verma, Executive Vice President – Product Development would be holding the position of Business Unit Head – Logistics with effect from April 1, 2025 and will report directly to the Managing Director of the Company and accordingly has been categorized as a Senior Management Personnel (SMP) under the SEBI Listing Regulations.
The brief details of the change as required under the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 is enclosed herewith as ANNEXURE.
