San Donato Milanese (Milano), 29 febbraio 2016 – Saipem comunica che il capitale sociale (interamente sottoscritto e versato) ammonta a Euro 2.191.384.693, per effetto dell'integrale sottoscrizione dell'aumento di capitale deliberato dall'Assemblea Straordinaria del 2 dicembre 2015.
L'attestazione di avvenuta esecuzione dell'aumento di capitale è stata depositata in data odierna presso il Registro Imprese di Milano, ai sensi dell'art. 2444, comma primo, del codice civile.
Il capitale sociale di Euro 2.191.384.693 è suddiviso in 10.109.774.396 azioni – tutte prive dell'indicazione del valore nominale – di cui 10.109.665.070 azioni ordinarie e 109.326 azioni di risparmio.

San Donato Milanese (Milan), February 29, 2016 – Saipem informs that its fully paid up share capital amounts to Euro 2,191,384,693, following the full subscription of the share capital increase approved by the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of December 2, 2015.
Notification of completion of the share capital increase was filed today at the Business Register of Milan, pursuant to art. 2444, paragraph 1, of the Italian Civil Code.
The share capital of Euro 2,191,384,693 is comprised of no. 10,109,774,396 shares – with no par value – of which no. 10,109,665,070 are ordinary shares and no. 109,326 are savings shares.
