Saipem: Relazione finanziaria annuale 2017

San Donato Milanese, 9 aprile 2018 - Si informa che sono a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede sociale, sul sito Internet della Società all'indirizzo www.saipem.com sezione "Governance – Assemblea degli Azionisti", sul sito internet di Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (www.borsaitaliana.it) e presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato "eMarket STORAGE" (), i seguenti documenti:

• la Relazione finanziaria annuale 2017 della Saipem S.p.A. che comprende il progetto di bilancio d'esercizio e il bilancio consolidato al 31 dicembre 2017, la Relazione sulla gestione, l'attestazione di cui all'art. 154-bis, comma 5, del Decreto Legislativo 58/1998 , le relazioni della Società di revisione e del Collegio Sindacale.

La Dichiarazione consolidata di carattere non finanziario, ai sensi del Decreto Legislativo 254/2016, è pubblicata in una specifica sezione della Relazione sulla gestione.

La Relazione finanziaria annuale 2017 è messa a disposizione congiuntamente ai comunicati stampa della Società del 5 marzo 2018 e del 21 marzo 2018, ed alle successive comunicazioni al mercato in esecuzione della delibera Consob n. 20324 del 2 marzo 2018;

• la Relazione sul governo societario e gli assetti proprietari ai sensi dell'articolo 123-bis del Decreto Legislativo 58/1998;
• la Relazione sulla remunerazione ai sensi dell'articolo 123-ter del Decreto Legislativo 58/1998;
• Saipem Sustainability 2017.

San Donato Milanese, April 9, 2018 - Saipem informs that the following documents are available at the Company's Registered Office, on the Company's website www.saipem.com under the section "Governance – Shareholders' Meeting", on Borsa Italiana S.p.A.'s website (www.borsaitaliana.it) and via the "eMarket STORAGE" mechanism at :

• the 2017 Annual Report of Saipem S.p.A., containing the consolidated and draft statutory financial statements of Saipem S.p.A. at December 31, 2017, the Directors' Report and the declaration pursuant to art. 154-bis, paragraph 5 of Legislative Decree 58/1998, as well as the Reports by the Statutory Auditors and the Independent Auditors.

The Consolidated Non-Financial Statement, pursuant to Legislative Decree 254/2016, has been published in a specific section of the Directors' Report.

The 2017 Annual Report of Saipem S.p.A has be made available to the public together with Saipem's Press Releases dated March 5 and March 21, 2018, and subsequent disclosures in pursuance of Consob Resolution no. 20324 dated March 2, 2018;

• the Corporate Governance and Shareholding Structure Report, pursuant to article 123-bis of Legislative Decree 58/1998;
• the Remuneration Report, pursuant to article 123-ter of Legislative Decree 58/1998;
• Saipem Sustainability 2017.
