San Donato Milanese (Milano), 21 luglio 2016 – Saipem informa che il verbale del Consiglio di Amministrazione del 27 giugno 2016, che ha deliberato l'attuazione del programma di emissione di prestiti obbligazionari non convertibili, è disponibile presso la sede sociale, sul sito internet della Società all'indirizzo www.saipem.com - sezione "Governance – Documenti", presso Borsa Italiana S.p.A.
