Le date per l'esame e diffusione dei risultati economico-finanziari del 2016

San Donato Milanese (Milano), 23 dicembre 2015 – Saipem comunica le date di diffusione al pubblico dei risultati economico – finanziari che saranno esaminati dal Consiglio di Amministrazione e dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti nel corso del 2016:

24 febbraio 2016: bilancio consolidato preconsuntivo al 31 dicembre 2015 e guidance 2016; comunicato stampa e conference call;
16 marzo 2016: bilancio consolidato e progetto di bilancio di esercizio della Saipem S.p.A. al 31 dicembre 2015; comunicato stampa;
27 aprile 2016: resoconto intermedio di gestione al 31 marzo 2016; comunicato stampa e conference call;
27 luglio 2016: risultati del 2° trimestre e relazione finanziaria semestrale al 30 giugno 2016; comunicato stampa e conference call;
26 ottobre 2016: resoconto intermedio di gestione al 30 settembre 2016; comunicato stampa e conference call.

L'Assemblea Ordinaria degli Azionisti per l'approvazione del bilancio di esercizio al 31 dicembre 2015 sarà convocata il 29 aprile 2016, in unica convocazione.

Eventuali variazioni alle date indicate saranno tempestivamente comunicate.

The dates for the review and announcement of 2016 financial results

San Donato Milanese (Milan), 23 December 2015 – Saipem announces the dates of the publication of its financial results, to be approved by its Board of Directors and Shareholders during the course of 2016:

24 February 2016: preliminary consolidated financial statements at December 31, 2015 and 2016 guidance; press release and conference call;
16 March 2016: consolidated financial statements and Saipem S.p.A. draft financial statements at December 31, 2015; press release
27 April 2016: First quarter 2016 results; press release and conference call;
27 July 2016: Second quarter 2016 results and interim financial report at June 30, 2016; press release and conference call;
26 October 2016: Third quarter 2016 results; press release and conference call.

The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the approval of the financial statements of Saipem S.p.A. at December 31, 2015 will be held on 29 April 2016, single call. Any amendment to the above calendar will be notified to the market.
