Saipem si è aggiudicata un contratto del valore di circa 325 milioni USD per il campo pre-salt di Búzios in Brasile

San Donato Milanese (MI), 6 luglio 2020 - Saipem si è aggiudicata un contratto da Petrobras per l'installazione di un sistema sottomarino basato su riser rigidi relativo al progetto del campo pre-salt di Búzios, ad una profondità compresa tra 1537 e 2190 metri, al largo delle coste dello stato di Rio de Janeiro.

L'intero sistema di produzione di Búzios-5 prevede l'interconnessione in due fasi di 15 pozzi all'unità FPSO (Floating Production Storage Offloading). Il progetto assegnato a Saipem comprende l'ingegneria, l'approvvigionamento, la costruzione e l'installazione (EPCI) dei Riser Steel Lazy Wave (SLWR) e le relative flowline tra tutti i pozzi e l'unità FPSO. In particolare, lo scopo del lavoro include cinque riser di produzione e altri cinque di iniezione e flowlines per una lunghezza totale di 59 km, una condotta di esportazione di gas lunga 16 km, da collegare a una condotta esistente, 11 jumper rigidi e 21 fondazioni sottomarine (riser e PLET).

Per tutti i lavori offshore Saipem utilizzerà il mezzo FDS, all'avanguardia nello sviluppo dei campi sottomarini.

Saipem awarded a contract for the Búzios pre-salt field in Brazil worth approximately 325 million USD

San Donato Milanese (MI), July 6th 2020 –Saipem has been awarded a contract by Petrobras for the installation of a rigid riser-based subsea system to serve the Búzios pre-salt project, in water depths from 1537 to 2190 meters, offshore the state of Rio de Janeiro.

The Búzios-5 overall production system foresees the interconnection of 15 wells to the FPSO in two phases. The project awarded to Saipem includes the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation (EPCI) of the Steel Lazy Wave Risers (SLWR) and associated flowlines between all wells and the FPSO. In particular, the scope of work includes five production and five injection risers and flowlines for a total length of 59 km, a 16 km-long gas export line to be connected to an existing pipeline, 11 rigid jumpers and 21 foundation subsea structures (risers and PLETs).

Saipem will use FDS, its state-of-the-art field development ship, for all the subsea works.
