San Donato Milanese (Milano), 3 luglio 2017 – Saipem si è aggiudicata un nuovo contratto E&C Offshore da parte di Saudi Aramco per attività EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Installation, Construction) e T&I (Trunklines & Installation) in Arabia Saudita, nell'ambito del Long Term Agreement in vigore, rinnovato nel 2015 fino al 2021.
Lo scopo del lavoro comprende la progettazione, l'ingegneria, l'approvvigionamento, la costruzione e l'installazione di 19 jacket per lo sviluppo dei campi Marjan, Zuluf, Berri, Hasbah e Safaniya, tra i più importanti giacimenti offshore nella Regione del Golfo Arabico.
Stefano Cao, CEO di Saipem, sottolinea che:

Saipem, inoltre, ha negoziato l'estensione dell'impiego, in Angola, del mezzo FPSO Gimboa, inclusiva dei servizi di gestione e manutenzione, del personale e dei materiali di consumo, per la durata di 3 anni più un anno opzionale.
Saipem ha infine definito variazioni di ordini di lavoro relativi a progetti in Africa Occidentale e nell'area del Mar Caspio.
Il valore totale di queste nuove acquisizioni relative al secondo trimestre ammonta complessivamente a 500 milioni di USD.

San Donato Milanese (Milan), July 3, 2017 – Saipem has been awarded a new E&C Offshore contract by Saudi Aramco for EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation) activities and T&I (Trunklines & Installation) works in Saudi Arabia, under the Long-Term Agreement in force, renewed in 2015 until 2021.
The scope of work includes the design, engineering, procurement, construction and installation of a total of 19 jackets for the development of fields in Marjan, Zuluf, Berri, Hasbah, and Safaniya, among the most important offshore fields in the region of the Arabian Gulf.

Additionally, Saipem has negotiated the extension in Angola of the deployment of vessel FPSO Gimboa, inclusive of management and maintenance services, personnel, material and consumable supplies for 3 years, plus one optional year.
Finally, Saipem has defined change orders for projects in West Africa and in the Caspian Sea.
Together, these new acquisitions relevant to the second quarter, amount to a total of \$500 million.
