San Donato Milanese (MI), 24 giugno 2022 - Saipem S.p.A. comunica che, in data odierna, il Key Information Document (KID) relativo ai diritti di opzione, predisposto ai sensi del Regolamento (UE) n. 1286/2014 e alla relativa normativa di attuazione, è stato pubblicato sul sito internet www.saipem.com.
