Saipem: pubblicazione delle liste dei candidati alla nomina del Collegio Sindacale
San Donato Milanese (Milano), 7 aprile 2017 - Si informa che sono a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede sociale e sul sito internet della società www.saipem.com nella sezione "Governance - Assemblea degli Azionisti", presso Borsa Italiana S.p.A, (www.borsaitaliana.it) e presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato "eMarket STORAGE" () le liste, corredate dalla documentazione richiesta dalla normativa vigente, in relazione alla nomina del Collegio Sindacale (Assemblea Saipem del 28 aprile 2017, unica convocazione).
Sono state depositate due liste: una lista di candidati per il Collegio Sindacale presentata congiuntamente da Eni S.p.A. e CDP Equity S.p.A. – la cui partecipazione è complessivamente pari al 43,095% del capitale ordinario Saipem - e una lista di candidati per il Collegio Sindacale da parte di azionisti che attestano una partecipazione complessiva pari all' 1,46% del capitale ordinario Saipem.

San Donato Milanese (Milan), April 7, 2017 - We inform that the lists of candidates for the renewal of the Board of Statutory Auditors (Saipem Shareholders' Meeting on April 28, 2017 - single call) are available, along with the documentation required by law, at Saipem's registered office and on the Company's website www.saipem.com under the section "Governance - Shareholders' Meeting", at Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (www.borsaitaliana.it) and via the "eMarket STORAGE" mechanism at .
Two lists of candidates were presented for the renewal of the Board of Statutory Auditors: one was presented jointly by Eni S.p.A. and CDP Equity S.p.A. - holding on aggregate 43.095% of Saipem's ordinary share capital - and one presented by a group of shareholders certifying to hold on aggregate 1.46% of Saipem's ordinary share capital.
