Saipem esprime soddisfazione per la decisione del GUP di Milano che ha prosciolto tutti gli imputati
San Donato Milanese (MI), 12 aprile 2022 - Saipem S.p.A. esprime soddisfazione per l'odierna decisione del Giudice dell'Udienza preliminare presso il Tribunale di Milano che ha prosciolto "perché il fatto non sussiste" la Società, l'ex Amministratore Delegato della Società (in carica dal 30 aprile 2015 al 30 aprile 2021), e l'ex CFO e dirigente preposto alla redazione dei documenti contabili e societari (in carica dal 6 dicembre 2013 al 7 giugno 2016) in relazione alle accuse di: (i) false comunicazioni sociali, asseritamente commesse dal 16 marzo 2016 al 27 luglio 2016; (ii) falso in prospetto e manipolazione del mercato, asseritamente commessi dal 27 ottobre 2015 al 27 luglio 2016.

Saipem expresses its satisfaction for the decision of the Judge for the preliminary hearing at the Court of Milan, who acquitted all the defendants
San Donato Milanese (Italy), April 12, 2022 - Saipem S.p.A. expresses its satisfaction for today's decision issued by the Judge for the preliminary hearing at the Court of Milan, who acquitted, because "no offence was committed", the Company, the former CEO of the Company (in office from April 30, 2015 until April 30, 2021), and the former CFO and Officer responsible for the Company's financial reporting (in office from December 6, 2013 until June 7, 2016) in relation to the following alleged crimes: (i) false accounting, allegedly committed from March 16, 2016 to July 27, 2016; (ii) false statement in the prospectus and manipulation of the market, allegedly committed from October 27, 2015 to July 27, 2016.
