Saipem: S&P Global Ratings conferma il rating
San Donato Milanese (Milano), 9 luglio 2018 - Saipem comunica che l'agenzia di rating S&P Global Ratings ha pubblicato in data odierna una rapporto di aggiornamento in cui viene confermato il livello "BB+", con outlook negativo, per il "long term corporate credit rating" e per le "senior unsecured facilities" comprendenti una Revolving Credit Facility di € 1,5 miliardi e quattro emissioni obbligazionarie da € 500 milioni ciascuna effettuate a valere sul programma Euro EMTN di Saipem.

Saipem: S&P Global Ratings affirms rating
San Donato Milanese (Milan), 9 July, 2018 - Saipem announces that S&P Global Ratings today published a research update affirming its "BB+" rating, with negative outlook, for the long term corporate credit rating and for senior unsecured facilities, including a € 1.5 billion Revolving Credit Facility and four bond issues of € 500 million each executed under its Euro EMTN Programme.
