San Donato Milanese, 30 luglio 2018 - Saipem S.p.A. comunica che è stato sottoscritto con un pool di diciassette istituti di credito nazionali e internazionali il contratto di estensione della scadenza e modifica della linea di credito rotativa (cd. "Revolving Credit Facility") originariamente sottoscritta il 10 dicembre 2015.
Il contratto prevede l'estensione della scadenza della linea dal dicembre 2020 al luglio 2023, la riduzione dell'importo dagli originari EUR 1,5 miliardi a EUR 1 miliardo, ritenuto maggiormente idoneo in considerazione della liquidità disponibile attuale e prospettica del Gruppo Saipem, e un miglioramento delle condizioni economiche.
La linea potrà essere utilizzata nei prossimi cinque anni per esigenze aziendali generali.
La transazione rafforza ulteriormente la struttura finanziaria del Gruppo e conferma gli ottimi rapporti di collaborazione con le principali banche di relazione nazionali e internazionali.

San Donato Milanese, July 30, 2018 - Saipem S.p.A. informs that it entered into an agreement with a group of seventeen national and international banks to extend and amend the Revolving Credit Facility originally signed on 10 December 2015.
The agreement provides for the extension of the maturity of the facility from December 2020 to July 2023, the reduction of the amount from the original €1.5 billion to €1.0 billion, as deemed more appropriate in light of the current and prospective liquidity of the Saipem Group, and the improvement of certain economic conditions.
The facility will be available during the next five years for general corporate purposes.
The transaction further strengthens the financial structure of the Saipem Group and confirms the excellent cooperation with its key national and international relationship banks.
