Saipem: emissione di obbligazioni senior, unsecured a tasso fisso
San Donato Milanese (Milano), 27 ottobre 2017 – Saipem ha collocato oggi con successo un'emissione obbligazionaria con scadenza 7 gennaio 2025, per un importo di 500 milioni di euro.
Le obbligazioni sono state emesse da Saipem Finance International B.V. nell'ambito del Programma EMTN (Euro Medium Term Note Programme).
Le obbligazioni pagano una cedola annua del 2,625% ed hanno un prezzo di re-offer del 100%.
Le obbligazioni, che saranno quotate sul segmento Euro MTF della Borsa del Lussenburgo, sono state acquistate da investitori istituzionali prevalentemente in Francia, Regno Unito, Italia e Germania.
Le risorse rinvenienti dall'emissione saranno destinate al rimborso parziale delle linee di credito in essere.

Saipem: issuance of senior, unsecured fixed rate notes
San Donato Milanese (Milan), October 27, 2017 – Today Saipem successfully launched a fixed rate notes with maturity January 7, 2025 for a total amount of €500 million.
The notes have been issued by Saipem Finance International B.V. under the EMTN Programme (Euro Medium Term Note Programme).
The notes pay a fixed annual coupon of 2.625% with a re-offer price of 100%.
The notes will be listed on the Euro MTF of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and have been purchased by institutional investors mainly in France, UK, Italy and Germany.
The proceeds of the notes will be used to partially prepay existing credit facilities.
