San Donato Milanese (Milano), 18 giugno 2015 – Con riferimento a notizie di stampa circa presunti dati di indebitamento finanziario netto di Saipem, la società informa che qualsiasi anticipazione di presunti dati ad un giorno puntuale non è significativa. Come da calendario finanziario noto al mercato, i dati di chiusura semestrale verranno comunicati il 28 luglio.
La società ribadisce inoltre che nessuna operazione di aumento di capitale e/o di rifinanziamento è stata portata all'attenzione del Consiglio di Amministrazione.
Saipem è attiva nei business di Engineering & Construction e Drilling con un forte orientamento verso attività oil & gas in aree remote e in acque profonde. Saipem è leader nella fornitura di servizi di ingegneria, di procurement, di project management e di costruzione, con distintive capacità di progettazione ed esecuzione di contratti offshore e onshore anche ad alto contenuto tecnologico quali la valorizzazione del gas naturale e degli oli pesanti.

San Donato Milanese (Milan), June 18, 2015 – With reference to press articles containing allegations about Saipem's financial net debt, the Company informs that any alleged figure as of a specific date is not significant. As per the financial calendar already announced to the market, the actual numbers for the half year will be communicated on July 28.
The Company also reiterates that no capital increase and/or refinancing operations have been brought to the attention of the Board of Directors.
