Saipem: dimissioni del consigliere non esecutivo e indipendente Roberto Diacetti

Milano, 16 gennaio 2026 - Saipem S.p.A. rende noto che, in data odierna, il Consigliere di Amministrazione Dott. Roberto Diacetti ha rassegnato le proprie dimissioni per dare seguito a nuovi progetti professionali.

Le dimissioni saranno efficaci al termine della trattazione da parte del Consiglio di Amministrazione del 10 marzo 2026 della proposta di approvazione del progetto di bilancio di esercizio e del bilancio consolidato al 31 dicembre 2025.

Il Dott. Diacetti, Consigliere non esecutivo e indipendente, riveste le cariche di Presidente del Comitato Parti Correlate e di membro del Comitato Sostenibilit‡ Scenari e Governance di Saipem.

La Societ‡ precisa che, per quanto a propria conoscenza, alla data odierna, il Dott. Diacetti non detiene alcuna partecipazione nel capitale sociale di Saipem.

Saipem: resignation of non-executive and independent Board Director Roberto Diacetti

Milan (Italy), 16 January 2026 - Saipem S.p.A. announces that today Board Director Roberto Diacetti resigned to pursue new professional projects.

His resignation shall be effective upon completion of the Board of Directors' discussion on 10 March 2026 of the item concerning the proposal to approve Saipem's draft financial statements and consolidated financial statements as at 31st December 2025.

Mr. Diacetti, a non-executive and independent Director, also holds the positions of Chairman of Saipem's Related Parties Committee and member of the Sustainability, Scenarios and Governance Committee.

The Company informs that, to the best of its knowledge, as of today, Mr. Diacetti does not hold any stake in Saipem's share capital.

Saipem wishes to thank Mr. Diacetti for his important professional and personal contribution.
