Saipem: dimissioni del consigliere non esecutivo Pier Francesco Ragni
San Donato Milanese (MI), 19 agosto 2022 - Saipem rende noto che in data odierna – e con efficacia a decorrere dal 1 settembre 2022 ovvero dalla diversa antecedente data in cui il Consiglio di Amministrazione di Saipem S.p.A. si riunirà per nominare, ai sensi dell'art. 2386 del codice civile, un nuovo amministratore in sua sostituzione - il Consigliere non esecutivo e non indipendente nonché membro del Comitato Sostenibilità, Scenari e Governance Pier Francesco Ragni, ha rassegnato le dimissioni in ragione di sopraggiunti impegni professionali.
Alla data odierna Pier Francesco Ragni non detiene alcuna partecipazione nel capitale sociale della Società.
La Società ringrazia Pier Francesco Ragni per l'attività svolta in seno al Consiglio di Amministrazione.

Saipem: resignation of the non-executive member of the Board Pier Francesco Ragni
San Donato Milanese, (Italy), August 19, 2022 – Saipem informs that, today – and with effect from September 1st, 2022 or from the different previous date in which the Board of Directors of Saipem S.p.A. will appoint a new member of the Board to replace him, pursuant to art. 2386 of the Italian civil code – Mr. Pier Francesco Ragni, a non-executive and non-independent member of the Board and a member of Saipem's Sustainability, Scenarios and Governance Committee, resigned due to new professional commitments.
As of today, Mr. Pier Francesco Ragni has no shareholdings in the Company.
Saipem thanks Mr. Pier Francesco Ragni for the work carried out within the Board of Directors.
