San Donato Milanese (Milano), 30 ottobre 2017 – Saipem informa che il verbale del Consiglio di Amministrazione del 23 ottobre 2017, che ha deliberato l'attuazione del programma di emissione di prestiti obbligazionari non convertibili denominato "Euro Medium Term Notes", è disponibile presso la sede sociale, sul sito internet della Società all'indirizzo www.saipem.com - sezione "Governance – Documenti", presso Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (www.borsaitaliana.it) e presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato "eMarket Storage" ().
