Milano, 9 gennaio 2026 - Saipem S.p.A. comunica le date di diffusione al pubblico dei risultati economico finanziari che saranno esaminati dal Consiglio di Amministrazione e dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti nel corso del 2026.

Ai sensi dell'art. 65-bis e dell'art. 82-ter del Regolamento Emittenti, Saipem ha optato per la pubblicazione su base volontaria di informazioni finanziarie periodiche aggiuntive, rispetto alla relazione finanziaria annuale e semestrale, riferite al 31 marzo e al 30 settembre di ciascun esercizio.
I risultati consolidati trimestrali del Gruppo Saipem, oggetto di approvazione da parte del Consiglio di Amministrazione di Saipem secondo le tempistiche sopra indicate, includono elementi informativi in sostanziale continuità con il passato.
In ottemperanza a quanto prescritto dalle Istruzioni al Regolamento dei Mercati Organizzati e Gestiti da Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (Titolo IA.2, Sez. IA.2.1, Art. IA.2.1.3), si comunica altresì che, con riferimento alla
distribuzione dell'eventuale dividendo a valere sui risultati dell'esercizio 2025, lo stacco della cedola è attualmente previsto nel mese di maggio 2026. Tale comunicazione non può essere interpretata in alcun modo come una previsione sulla sussistenza dei presupposti per la distribuzione di dividendi relativi all'esercizio 2025 e ad esercizi futuri.
Eventuali variazioni alle date indicate saranno comunicate tempestivamente.

Pursuant to art. 65-bis and art. 82-ter of the Issuers' Regulations, Saipem intends to continue preparing and disclosing, on a voluntary basis, additional periodic financial information, in addition to the full year and interim financial reports, as of March 31 and September 30.
Saipem Group's quarterly consolidated results subject to approval by Saipem's Board of Directors in accordance with the above timelines include information elements in substantial continuity with the past.
In accordance with the Instructions to the Rules of the Markets Organized and Managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (Title IA.2, Sect. IA.2.1, Art. IA.2.1.3), it is also communicated that, with reference to the distribution of the dividend, if any, based on the results of the 2025 financial year, the ex-dividend date is currently scheduled for the month of May 2026. This communication cannot be interpreted in any way as a prediction
that the prerequisites for the distribution of dividends relating to financial year 2025 and future financial years exist.
Any amendments to the above calendar will be promptly communicated.
