Milano, 10 giugno 2024 – Saipem S.p.A. ("Saipem" o la "Società") informa che il verbale dell'Assemblea Ordinaria degli Azionisti, tenutasi il 14 maggio 2024, è disponibile presso la sede sociale, sul sito Internet della Società all'indirizzo www.saipem.com (sezione "Governance" | "Assemblea degli azionisti"), sul sito Internet di Borsa Italiana S.p.A. Saipem: Publication of the minutes of the Annual General Meeting

Milan (Italy), June 10, 2024 – Saipem S.p.A. ("Saipem" or the "Company") informs that the minutes of the Shareholders' Meeting, held on May 14, 2024, in ordinary session, are available at the Company's registered office, on the Company's website www.saipem.com ("Governance" section | "Shareholders' Meeting"), on the Borsa Italiana S.p.A. website (www.borsaitaliana.it) and through the "eMarket STORAGE" mechanism ().
