San Donato Milanese, 17 marzo 2017 - Saipem informa che è disponibile presso la sede sociale, sul sito internet della società www.saipem.com nella sezione "Assemblea degli Azionisti", presso Borsa Italiana S.p.A, (www.borsaitaliana.it) e presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato "eMarket STORAGE" () la seguente documentazione relativa all'assemblea ordinaria e straordinaria convocata per il 28 aprile 2017, in unica convocazione:
- Avviso di convocazione dell'assemblea;
- Estratto dell'avviso di convocazione pubblicato sul quotidiano Il Sole 24 Ore in data 18 marzo 2017;
- Relazioni Illustrative e proposte di deliberazione su ciascuno dei punti all'Ordine del Giorno dell'Assemblea Ordinaria e Straordinaria.

San Donato Milanese (MI), March 17, 2017 - Saipem informs that the following documents related to the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting convened to take place on April 28, 2017 (single call) are available at Saipem's registered office and at www.saipem.com under the section "Shareholders' Meeting", at Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (www.borsaitaliana.it) and through the "eMarket STORAGE" system at :
- Notice of the Shareholders' Meeting;
- Abstract of the notice of the Shareholders' Meeting published in the newspaper "Il Sole 24 Ore" on March 18, 2017;
- Board of Directors' Reports and Resolution Proposals on all items on the Agenda of the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting.
Also available on Saipem's website www.saipem.com under the section "Shareholders' Meeting" are information and documents required by the article 125 – quater of Italian Legislative Decree 58/98 (TUF).
