The Company has been notified of the following transactions in the Company's ordinary shares of 284/7 pence each ('Shares') undertaken by PDMRs.  On 14 December 2016, the following PDMRs were granted options to buy Shares at an option price of £1.85 per Share under the terms of the Company's Savings-Related Share Option Scheme ('Sharesave').
