David Keens, Non-Executive Director, has notified the Board that he will not be seeking re-election to the Board at the July 2021 AGM, at which time he will have completed over six years' service. David joined the Board in April 2015 and is Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee.
A search for his replacement on the Board and the Committees has commenced. An announcement regarding David's successor will be made in due course.
