- To consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2025, along with Limited review report thereon.
With reference to our earlier intimation dated September 25, 2025, and in terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of aforesaid results i.e., from October 01, 2025, to October 31, 2025 (both days inclusive).
