He has more than 43 years of experience and is currently serving as a director for Western Digital which is publicly traded on the NASDAQ and Western Union which is publicly traded on the NYSE. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated as chairman of the board and interim chief executive officer of Cloudera, as the chief executive of Accenture’s technology group.
