Sub: Disclosure under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“LODR Regulations”)

With reference to the captioned matter and in accordance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the LODR Regulations, we hereby inform you that Mr. Sarvabhouman Doraiswamy Srinivasan, Group Chief Finance Officer (“ Group CFO ”) and a Key Managerial Personnel of the Company has tendered his resignation on November 03, 2025 as the Group CFO of the Company for personal reasons as stated in his resignation letter dated November 03, 2025. The resignation will come into effect from the close of business on November 15, 2025.

The Board has acknowledged and taken record of Mr. Sarvabhouman Doraiswamy Srinivasan’s resignation and placed on record its appreciation for the valuable contributions made by Mr. Sarvabhouman Doraiswamy Srinivasan during his tenure with the Company, at its meeting held on November 03, 2025.

Additionally, on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee, the Board has approved the appointment of Mr. Abhishek Kayan as Deputy CFO and a Senior Management Personnel (SMP). A brief profile of Mr Abhishek Kayan is separately attached as part of Annexure III.

Brief profile of Mr. Abhishek Kayan :

Abhishek Kayan is an experienced and senior finance professional with 20 years of experience in healthcare services sector across key finance functions, including Business Finance, Pricing, FP&A, Corporate Treasury and Investor Relations. He currently serves as the Group Head of FP&A & IR and Head of Finance for the Americas region at Sagility.

Abhishek holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a bachelor’s degree in technology from West Bengal University of Technology

The board meeting commenced at 7:49 p.m. and concluded at 7:58 p.m.
