With reference to the captioned matter and in compliance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI LODR Regulations, we wish to inform you that Mr. Sohail Djariri, Chief Growth Officer and a Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the Company, has resigned, effective November 28, 2025.

Further, based on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, the Board has approved the appointment of Mr. Chris Shiffert, who will take over as Chief Growth Officer, designated as Senior Management Personnel (SMP), effective December 1, 2025.

Relevant details, as required under Regulation 30 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, are enclosed as Annexure I and Annexure II.

	Brief Profile	Chris joined Sagility through the BroadPath acquisition in January 2025. He joined BroadPath in 2016 and was responsible for business development, client solutions, sales and marketing functions. During his tenure at BroadPath, Chris helped BroadPath achieve sustained growth by winning new clients across the spectrum of the health plan sector from large payers to small community- based and mission-driven healthcare organizations. The large client base across the mid and small health payer segments is the reason Sagility acquired BroadPath earlier this year. Prior to joining BroadPath, Chris spent eight years with Xerox Services where he led their efforts to develop new solutions and relationships with healthcare payer organizations. Early in his career, Chris worked as a management consultant at Deloitte in their CRM and Outsourcing Advisory practices, where he helped his clients design and implement a variety performance improvement and outsourcing programs.
